Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and official Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8EH, United Kingdom). Paddle handles all payments, billing inquiries, invoicing, sales tax/VAT compliance, and returns.
By creating an account, accessing ConvertFlow Pro tools, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
ConvertFlow Pro provides web-based software applications, including client-side file converters, vector graphic editors, background removers, audio/video editors, browser IDEs, and AI generation tools. Services are provided under Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans priced in USD.
All financial transactions, orders, subscriptions, and billing activities for ConvertFlow Pro are fulfilled and managed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. When purchasing a subscription:
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click via your account dashboard or Paddle billing portal link. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
You maintain 100% ownership and copyright over all files, images, code, and media created or processed using ConvertFlow Pro. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, including uploading malicious scripts, transmitting harmful content, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.
ConvertFlow Pro and its partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
