1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for all initial subscription purchases (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) made within 14 days of transaction date. To request a refund:
- Email our dedicated support team at convertflowpro@gmail.com with your order email address.
- Or request a refund directly through your Paddle receipt link sent to your email.
2. One-Click Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date with zero hassle:
- Log in to your ConvertFlow Pro account and navigate to My Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- Or click the Manage Subscription link in any Paddle payment receipt email.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid period without further charges.
3. Merchant of Record & Refund Processing
All orders and billing transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our official Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) within 3 to 7 business days.
